Meet our founder
Behind ELEV8 is founder and Consulting Director, Craig Eley.
With more than 15 years of experience across international organisations, complex portfolios, and fast-moving environments, Craig brings the drive needed to turn priorities into progress.
Craig began his career as a Forensic Scientist, developing a rigorous, analytical mindset and a deep appreciation for precision, and evidence-based decision making. From there, his path has taken him across industries and functions, partnering with leaders to deliver change in rapidly changing environments.
Having worked with global organisations including Eli Lilly, NiQ, Coca-Cola, and GAMA Healthcare, Craig is known for his ability to step into new situations quickly, understand what matters, and help teams move forward with confidence.
Away from work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, road cycling, trail running and volunteering as a youth rugby coach.
